The coated steel cable has less memory than traditional mono-filament decoy anchor line and each pack includes a large padded carabiner. I live in Iowa and it gets pretty cold up here and I’ve had the rigs since early teal. Recently it got cold and when I went to throw my decoys out in a spread, the spot where I tied them in a knot the plastic coating broke off so now my decoys have a bunch of metal cable showing and they get caught on everything. If you get these I’d recommend making sure you don’t tie them and keep them in a slotted bag, or get them if you live where it doesn’t get below freezing.
