Return & Exchange Policy

Customer Satisfaction is a huge priority to Rig'Em Right Waterfowl. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase through RIGEMRIGHT.com.  You have 30 days from the purchase date to return your item. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition to receive a full refund.

•   Rig'Em Right Waterfowl will only honor returns for orders placed on our website, RIGEMRIGHT.com.  If your purchase is from a retail store, please see store for return information. 

•   Refunds will be issued upon receipt of your return. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to ten business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. 

•   All products must be returned in original or unused condition with tags included. 

•   Return turn-around time is approximately 1-2 weeks. 

•   If you received the wrong item, please contact customer service at info@rigemright.com 

•   Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. 

•   Rig'Em Right does not offer exchanges. Please use the form below to return the item you do not want, and 
place a new order online.

Shipping Policy

U.S. Shipping

Rig’Em Right™ calculates shipping on all U.S. orders, including Alaska and Hawaii, using the following shipping matrix:


Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders received by 1pm EST will be processed the same business day. Orders received after 1 PM or on the weekends, will be processed the following business day.

Orders will ship via UPS or USPS, depending upon the item(s) purchased and the delivery location.

International Shipping

Rig'Em Right ships internationally to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom using the following shipping matrix:


Item Availability

If any Rig’Em Right™ product is not currently available, you will be notified by email with an expected ship date.  The expected ship date specifies when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final destination. Backordered items (temporarily out-of-stock), will ship directly to you once it is back in stock.

Tracking your Order

Tracking numbers are assigned, when applicable, to packages leaving our warehouse. You will receive an email containing a shipment confirmation and tracking information.  Please allow up to 48 hours from the receipt of your email for the package to be checked into the carrier’s tracking system.
